Two-time defending Verizon Heritage champion Boo Weekley will headline today's Verizon Heritage Pro-Am event. He'll be playing with his mother, Patsy, for the round. They'll tee off the first hole at 12:15 p.m.
Davis Love III, the owner of five tartan jackets, tees off at 8 a.m. on the first hole. Jim Furyk will follow at 8:30 and Camilo Villegas at 9:30. Former Hilton Head Island High School golfer D.J. Trahan will begin his round on the 10th tee at 7:20 a.m. Ernie Els closes out the round at 2:05 p.m.
Patsy Weekley is one of several well-known figures that will playing in today's round. South Carolina football coach Steve Spurrier and Pete Dye, who designed Harbour Town Golf Links, are also scheduled to play.
