It can't be settling to see Stewart Cink lurking within the Verizon Heritage field, no matter how high or low he is in the rankings.

Mind you, this is the guy who put together the second-greatest comeback in PGA Tour history by erasing a nine-stroke, final-round deficit to defeat Ted Purdy in the 2004 Heritage.

Patsy Weekley, the mother of two-time defending Verizon Heritage champion Boo Weekley, will be following her son around Harbour Town Golf Links this week. She is sharing her experience with The Island Packet and Beaufort Gazette with a daily Heritage diary.Thanks to one of Boo's sponsors, Mark Segall from Firethorn, I was able to get out on the golf course and beat a few balls Tuesday. I think Mark felt sorry for me, because I told him I hadn't been able to play in a while and I didn't want to embarrass myself in the pro-am today.
